A legal disclaimer
1. Services
ARC Premium Solutions provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to: window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, artificial turf refresh, power washing, window re-screening, and sliding screen doggy door installation. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection.
Customers will be notified of any price change before work begins.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance with no fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and is unable to complete the service due to access issues or customer no-show, a trip fee may be charged
5. Weather & Safety
For the safety of our team, work may be rescheduled in unsafe weather conditions (high winds, extreme heat, heavy rain). We will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.
6. Property Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service area.
This may include unlocking gates, clearing items from around windows, removing pets from work areas, etc.
7. Liability
We take great care in servicing your property. However, ARC Premium Solutions is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces, solar panels, screens, frames, or roofing.

Damage caused by aging, brittle, or deteriorating materials during cleaning.
If we identify an existing issue before service, we will notify you.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
9. Photos & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
No identifying personal information or addresses will be shared.
If you prefer no photos to be taken, please notify us before service begins.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
