ARC Premium Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Because our services are labor-based and performed on-site, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service has been completed. However, we do stand behind the quality of our work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will schedule a free touch-up or correction to address the concern.
This ensures you receive the full value of your service.

Non-Refundable Charges

 

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been completed

  • Cancellation fees due to late cancellations or no-shows

  • Trip fees when our team arrives but cannot access the property

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling: Free if made at least 12 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made under 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, depending on time and travel.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to perform service due to locked access, pets, vehicles, or other preventable issues, a trip fee may apply.

Damage or Wear Disclaimer

 

We are not able to refund or compensate for:

  • Pre-existing wear, staining, or damage (screens, window frames, turf, solar panels, gutters, stucco, or roofing)

  • Damage caused by age-related fragility or improper prior installation

  • Issues related to weather, sun exposure, or structural deterioration

We will always point out any visible risk before beginning service when possible.

Deposits (If Required)

 

For larger projects, seasonal services, or Christmas lighting installations, we may request a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be credited toward a rescheduled date if changed 48+ hours in advance.
